Students have 14 days from the date of course or program purchase to request a refund.

To be eligible for a reimbursement:

  2. There must have been minimal access to or completion of the course.
  3. Completing or viewing more than 30% of the course material, such as videos, downloadable materials, tests, or other learning resources, is referred to as "significantly accessed."If these conditions are met, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Please make sure your request contains the following information:

  1. Complete Name
  2. The registered email address
  3. Transaction/Order Number
  4. Name of the Course
  5. Justification for the refund request

After confirming your eligibility, our staff will review your request and let you know if it has been approved or denied.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Following approval of a refund request:

  1. The original payment method used at the time of purchase will be used to process the refund.
  2. The refunded amount usually appears in your bank or payment account within 5–7 business days.
  3. The processing time may differ based on your payment provider or bank.

If a price adjustment occurs prior to providing access to the service you purchased, you will be notified of the changes and offered the opportunity to either confirm or cancel your order.

NeoEdu has a simple and transparent pricing model. Any additional charges will be communicated to you during the checkout process.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

The following situations will not result in refunds:

  1. Requests made after the 14-day window for refunds.
  2. If over thirty percent of the course material has been accessed or finished.
  3. For digital products that can be downloaded, certifications, or exclusive deals that are marked as non-refundable.
  4. If access has been blocked because of a platform terms violation.

5. Policy Modifications

This Refund Policy may be updated or revised at any time by NeoEdu, which is run by Neoteq Software Private Limited. Any modifications will be posted here, along with an updated "Effective Date." Acceptance of the updated policy is indicated by continued platform use following updates.
